6-MONTH NUTRITION + WELLNESS COACHING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN WITH ADHD

From overwhelmed and under-supported
to clear, confident, and consistent

As a woman with ADHD, you’ve probably struggled with…

  • emotional eating and binge eating

  • impulsive food choices that make symptoms worse

  • frustration with unsustainable fitness + weight loss plans

  • overwhelm and hopelessness in the kitchen and at the grocery store

  • guilt and shame around food and your body

  • all-or-nothing thinking (healthy/unhealthy, good/bad)

  • massive amounts of stress and anxiety around the demands of everyday life, with food + fitness woes as the icing on the cake

Yet, it’s unlikely that any of your health care providers have talked to you about…

  • why traditional diets never work (not even for neurotypical women!) and what to do instead

  • what you can eat every day to boost your brain function and get more done

  • the foods and workouts that increase dopamine and balance your neurotransmitters the same way medications do

  • science-backed strategies in nature + the outdoors to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and shame

  • how to build health + wellness routines that actually work for your brain and help you feel clearer, instead of stressing you out even further!

CAROLINE HINCHLIFF

MS, Nutrition
Certified Food Story Coach

Meet your new health coach

HI! I’M CAROLINE.

I am intimately familiar with these struggles, because they plagued me for more than 15 years.

Even after earning my master’s degree in nutrition and helping dozens of other women with their food challenges, I still found meal planning, grocery shopping, and consistency in my food routines to be exhausting at best and painfully impossible at worst. I was constantly overwhelmed and often undernourished.

It wasn’t until I learned about my ADHD at age 39 that I was finally able to feed my brain properly and create consistent food strategies in my own life.

The results? More focus, more energy, and more productivity (hello, checkmarks on the to-do list!), plus easier moods and better stress tolerance.

If you’re looking to work with a nutritionist who…

  • has ADHD and truly gets it,

  • will help you reject useless neurotypical protocols that have failed you time and again, and

  • can teach you how to apply science-backed strategies in nutrition and nature to outsmart analysis paralysis and overcome overwhelm,

I invite you to join me on the Nourished Divergent Path.

In hindsight, your ADHD was painfully obvious…but it went unnoticed and untreated for decades.

Isn’t it about time you got the care and attention you deserved all along?

  • An understanding of the way your brain influences your challenges with food + fitness (and visa versa—how food + fitness influence your brain)

  • A gentle, flexible approach to food + wellness that prioritizes what feels good to you (instead of what you think you “should” be doing)

  • ADHD-friendly nutrition strategies for brain support + mood management

  • Consistent opportunities to calm your nervous system and work with your true potential

  • Small, sustainable steps with expert guidance and plenty of support (especially after the initial excitement + motivation start to fade)

This is exactly what you’ll get in The Nourished Divergent Path.

“I was struggling with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) but I also have a lot of severe food allergies, which has made nutrition difficult throughout my life.

I reached out to Caroline after a few challenging and unhelpful conversations with doctors that made me feel like I didn't have many options moving forward other than prescription medication which was not what I wanted.

Caroline helped me look outside of the box on how I could bump up the nutritional factors in every meal I ate.

After a month of following her suggestions to incorporate more delicious and healthy food into my diet I am feeling much more balanced not just through the day, but also throughout my cycle.

This financial investment was totally worth it!”

What makes this program different?

BIOLOGY + PSYCHOLOGY

STEP 1: LEARN IT
(requires education)

STEP 2: TRY IT
(requires inspiration)

STEP 3: MAINTAIN IT
(requires motivation)

STEP 4: SUSTAIN IT
(requires support)

If you’ve tried (and failed) to make lasting changes to your food + wellness routines in the past, it’s not because you didn’t try hard enough—it’s because you didn’t have the support you needed.

You know from experience that other programs drop you after Step 2, but your motivation waxes and wanes like the moon…so you never make it to Step 4.

I earned my master’s degree from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where I was formally trained in medical nutrition therapy.

As a Certified Food Story Coach, I’ll help you address your thoughts, beliefs, and internal narratives to heal your relationship with food.

This unique approach combines biology and the latest science in ADHD in women (not boys, not men) with psychology and highly-effective coaching tools to see you all the way through the process—and truly change your life.

FAQs

Who is this program for?

The Nourished Divergent Path is for women with ADHD who are curious about options beyond medication and who are ready to heal their relationship with food once and for all. This program will provide you with the knowledge, skills, support, and accountability you need to say goodbye to dieting forever and take on a leadership role in your treatment.

I don’t have a diagnosis, but I’m pretty sure I have ADHD. Can I join this program?

Yes. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, a self-diagnosis, or just a hunch that you might have ADHD, this program will teach you how to feed your brain, balance your hormones, outsmart analysis paralysis, reduce overwhelm, and prevent binge eating.

I’m taking medication / I’m not taking medication. Is this program appropriate for me?

The content inside the program is applicable whether you’re taking medication or not. Every woman’s situation is unique, and ADHD affects each of us differently. Caroline and The Nourished Divergent Kitchen always take a medication-neutral approach, supporting your individual Rx decision and helping you take advantage of all your treatment and management resources. As medication often impacts appetite and our relationship with food, it’s a frequent discussion topic in coaching calls and throughout the workshops.

When does this program start?

The Nourished Divergent Path is open for registration November 15 - January 15 (or until spaces fill). Space in the program is limited to 6 women.

The program officially begins in January 2025.

Join by December 15 to save $300 and get a bonus 1-on-1 call!

I’d like to join! Can I just sign up without booking a discovery call?

Wonderful, I would love to have you! This is a small group experience and it’s important that every woman in the program is a good fit. So, let’s get on Zoom for a few minutes to chat about the details, including your expectations and availability. I’ll answer any remaining questions you may have, then we’ll get you officially enrolled.

When are the group workshops and coaching calls? What if I can’t make it to the live sessions?

Group workshops are scheduled the first week and third week of each month. Space in the program is limited to six women, and calls will be scheduled based on the best availability for the group. Calls are always recorded, and you can submit your questions in advance to make sure we cover the info that’s most important to you.

Why is the program structured across six months? Can I do it in a shorter amount of time?

Real, sustainable lifestyle change takes time. Your habits took decades to develop, and they’ll take at least a few months to change. Six months provides you with enough time to learn, practice, and integrate the healthy new habits in this program.

Shorter programs across 30 days or 3 months are likely to send you spiraling right back into your old habits as soon as the program ends. Results from shorter programs are unlikely to last, and this is especially true for ADHDers.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the high-touch nature of this program, there are no refunds. However, after three months, you may cancel your participation in the program if you are unhappy with the results. Please bring any additional questions about this to your free discovery call.

“My work with Caroline led to growth I see and experience on the daily. She’s an excellent coach.

Now I am consistent in my efforts to nourish myself (consistency was a huge struggle for me).

I am self-supported and experiencing progression toward my goals and dreams!”
