    ONE MONTH of targeted coaching to focus on ONE SPECIFIC ISSUE.

    Let's be honest. There are no "quick fixes" when it comes to sustainable health and wellness. Any program that promises to fix you in 30 days is lying to you.

    Behavior change, habit formation, and personal growth all take time, which is why I typically work with clients for 3-6 months.

    However, The Quick Fix is designed for women who might be unfamiliar with health coaching and want to try it out before investing in a bigger commitment.

1-month coaching package

“I have struggled with PMDD (Premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and also have a laundry list of foods that send me into anaphylaxis shock. This has made balancing my nutrition challenging throughout my life. I have found that over the past few years my PMDD symptoms have become more challenging to manage. I reached out to Caroline after a few challenging and unhelpful conversations with doctors that made me feel like I didn't have many options moving forward other than prescription medication which was not what I wanted.
