Mexican Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A smooth, creamy, and decadent dessert for chocolate-lovers. Spice to your liking.

Kitchen equipment you’ll need: food processor

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 ripe avocados

  • ½ cup cacao powder

  • ½ cup coconut milk (full fat, the kind from the can)

  • ¼ cup honey, or to taste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste

  • ⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper, or to taste

  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger, or to taste

  • pinch of salt

  • shredded or flaked coconut, for garnish

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust spices as needed. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
