Mexican Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:
3-4 ripe avocados
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup coconut milk (full fat, the kind from the can)
¼ cup honey, or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper, or to taste
⅛ tsp ground ginger, or to taste
pinch of salt
shredded or flaked coconut, for garnish
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust spices as needed. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
