Cashew Sesame Kale Chips

Servings: 4
Kitchen equipment you’ll need: food dehydrator
Ingredients:
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup cashew butter
2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning
1-2 bunches of kale, de-ribbed and torn into 2-3” pieces
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Massage kale thoroughly until leaves are coated with cashew-tahini texture.
In a food dehydrator, dehydrate at 135F for 3-5 hours or until crispy. (Don’t have a dehydrator? Bake in the oven at 200F until crispy.)
